Hello Jock1,

Thank you for choosing CEN.

I am not sure that radio is compatible with our Sanwa recievers.

I would need more info on the radio to be sure.

My line of thinking is if it did not bind right away then its most likely not going to. Most 2.4ghz systems bind quickly when they are compatible

Hi, I'm looking at the tuned pipe for the 5th scale gassers, it appears the flanged end is round, whereas the exhaust port is rectangular.... wassup with this, please dont tell me it'll still bolt right up..... :? also, why route the pipe to where it hampers removal of the gas cap??/ Thanks Robert

Hi Robert,

Thank you for asking and thank you for choosing CEN Racing.

There are 2 different models of Tuned Exhaust Pipes for the 1/5 Platform.

Click the links provided to see our retail website for purchasing

First you have the GLS01 Tuned Pipe(Buggy/Truggy)

Then you have the GLS19 Tuned Pipe(MT & Touring)(SC

There are obvious differences between the 2 that make them compatible with their respective models. You will have to reverse your fuel tank if you have not doen so already. I know its kind of hard to tell in this picture but you get the idea:

And yes these pipes mount directly up the the motors and seal very well, just be sure to use all of the hardware provide

leonw,

Thank you for joining the CEN Racing Forums!

Please call me so we can diagnose what went wrong and why your MG10 wont move.

In the mean time I suspect you may have a one way bearing or clutch slipping.

But use the Customer Service Phone Number in my siganture to call me or PM me your phone number and a good time to call, and I will call you.

I will be happy to help!!

Cen 740mm 775 electric boat

Postby Gman on Mon Jul 08, 2013 5:26 pm

I've owned this boat for a couple of years, but have only driven it a hand full of times. Last time I drove it, it worked fine. At present, the steering servo is operating correctly, but for some reason the light above the engine operates when I hit the throttle but the engine doesn't move. Any advice would be great.

Gman,

Thank you for posting in the CEN support forums,

Without knowing what type of climate you live in or where the boat has been stored, I can suggest that sometimes after being stored for a while without operation, electric motors will get "stuck" and its a simple matter of freeing it up. Another issue could be that the contact between the brushes and the com has gotten corroded and needs to be cleaned. That can be done by rotating the motor and spraying electric motor cleaner into the end bell area of the motor(area near where the wires area attached). Now, keep in mind this all assumes the electric current from the speed control is actually making it to the motor. You can test this with a voltmeter.

I hope this helps, but if you need further assistance, please feel free to contact me using the telephone numbers provided in my signature. However, if long distance is an issue, pm me your number and a good local time, I will call you to assist further.
